Equity and Inclusion
As an early education community, HCCC strives to create an environment where all are welcome, included, valued, and safe. We believe that all young children should have access to equitable and inclusive learning opportunities that allow them to build their autonomy, see their full potential as young, engaged learners and valuable members of society. We will continue to take collective action in our teaching practice to support and include the diversity of all members of our learning community and beyond.
